Welcome to Kyma AI Innovations. By accessing or using our website, products, services, or programmes — including the AI Internship Programme — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to register and use our services. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Programme Enrollment & Access

  • Enrollment in any programme grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the programme content.
  • Access is subject to successful payment as described in the Payment Terms section.
  • We reserve the right to modify programme content, schedules, or instructors to improve quality.
  • Access may be revoked for violations of these terms or non-payment.

5. Payment Terms

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable unless covered under the Refunds & Cancellations policy.
  • We accept payments via Cashfree Payment Gateway (UPI, cards, net banking).
  • Discount coupons, once applied, cannot be changed or transferred to other enrollments.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Kyma AI Innovations — including course materials, videos, text, images, assignments, and assessments — is our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

7. Code of Conduct

  • You agree not to share, resell, or distribute programme materials to any third party.
  • You will not engage in fraudulent activity, including submitting false payment proofs.
  • You will treat instructors, mentors, and fellow participants with respect.
  • Cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kyma AI Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant programme. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, certifications, or job placements.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal data responsibly and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information for providing and improving our services.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agartala, Tripura.
