Refunds & Cancellations

1. Overview

At Kyma AI Innovations, we strive to deliver high-quality education and a valuable learning experience. We understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel your enrollment. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You may request a cancellation at any time by contacting our support team.
  • Upon cancellation, your access to programme content will be revoked after the current cycle ends.
  • Cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund — please refer to the Refund Eligibility section below.

3. Refund Eligibility

Important: Once a programme is 30% completed, no refund will be issued. Please review the programme carefully before enrolling.

All refund amounts are calculated based on the original programme price (MRP), not any discounted price. The maximum refund will not exceed the total amount actually paid.

Full Refund (100%)

  • If you cancel within 7 days of enrollment and have not accessed any programme content.
  • If the programme is cancelled by Kyma AI Innovations for any reason.

Partial Refund (50%)

  • If you cancel within 14 days of enrollment and your programme progress is below 30%.
  • Applicable only to the first milestone payment.

No Refund

  • If 30% or more of the programme has been completed.
  • If more than 14 days have passed since enrollment, regardless of progress.
  • For any second or third milestone payments already processed.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at engage@kyma-ai.com or use our Contact page.
  2. Provide your registered email address, programme name, and reason for the request.
  3. Include your payment transaction ID or proof of payment.
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used during enrollment.
  • Applicable bank charges or processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

6. Programme Transfers

Instead of a refund, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a different programme of equal or lesser value. Transfers are subject to availability and must be requested within 14 days of original enrollment. A transfer fee of 10% of the programme price may apply.

7. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events, we may consider refund requests beyond the standard policy on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required. Final decisions on exceptional cases are made at the sole discretion of Kyma AI Innovations management.
